Physician Assistant Studies, MS

A REWARDING CAREER FROM THE START

The College of Health Professions’ MS in Physician Assistant (PA) Studies prepares you for an exciting future of helping, healing, leadership, and personal growth.

The Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant (PA) Studies Program is an intensive 76-credit program that prepares you to become a practicing physician assistant—examining patients, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing treatment strategies. Graduates of our program have a first-time pass rate of 96% on the 2012 Physician Assistant National Certification Exam (PANCE), which is higher than the national average.

The PA program offers an integrated curriculum that takes a holistic approach to health care. Preclinical training exposes students to multiple disciplines simultaneously so the learning experience is analogous to the manner in which they will practice.
