Citation Appeals Process
Appeals must be submitted in writing to any campus Security Office (one form per citation). The appeal form can be found at any Security Office or by clicking here
You must make your appeal within 30 calendar days of the date the citation was issued. After 30 days, you lose your right to appeal.
Each appeal will be judged and a notification of the decision will be sent to the applicant via email. Include as much factual information and documentation as possible with the appeal. If you are not satisfied with the decision rendered, you may make a second appeal following the same procedures. If you are still dissatisfied, you may call the Safety & Security Department in Pleasantville (914-773-3700) to make an appointment for an appeal in person.
No consideration will be given for anyone who repeatedly receives citations for the same offense and does not address it immediately after receiving the 1st or 2nd citation.
Students may pay for traffic fines by mail or in person at the Office of Student Assistance (OSA) in either White Plains or Pleasantville. A copy of the summons must be presented with payment; check or money order should be made out to Pace University. Cash will be accepted if fine is paid in person at the OSA office.
