Pace University offers summer housing for Undergraduate and Graduate Students at our New York City and Pleasantville campuses.
New York City Campus Summer Housing
The deadline to apply for summer housing is April 13, 2018. Eligible applicants who apply after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist and provided housing as it is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
182 Broadway Summer Session 2018 Housing Rates*:
- 182 Broadway Triple Room — $1,925 per resident for each summer session ($3,850 total for both summer sessions)*
- 182 Broadway Double Room — $2,205 per resident for each summer session ($4,410 total for both summer sessions)*
Pleasantville Campus Summer Housing
Elm Hall on the Pleasantville Campus provides summer session students a variety of room options. The residence hall is located 40 minutes north of New York City. Elm Hall houses men and women in single, double, and, if offered, double as single occupancy rooms. Bedrooms come with standard twin beds, wardrobes, dressers, desks with chairs, and overhead lighting. Most rooms are suites and semi-suite style with 4 students sharing their own bathroom. The residence hall is equipped with complimentary cable TV hookup (televisions not provided), high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi.
The deadline to apply for summer housing is April 30, 2018. Applications will be processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if a space becomes available.
Elm Hall Summer Session 2018 Housing Rates*:
- Double Room: $2,080 per resident per summer session*
- Single Room: $2,380 per resident per summer session*
- Double as a Single (if available): $2,720 per resident per summer session*
