Pace University offers summer housing for visiting Undergraduate and Graduate Students at our New York City and Pleasantville campuses.

New York City Campus Summer Housing

Pace University's summer housing on the New York City Campus will be offered for both Summer I and Summer II in one of our residence halls located in the Financial District. Residents can take in the sights and sounds of one of the world's most culturally vibrant cities. Located in downtown Manhattan, our residence hall rooms and apartments are furnished with a standard twin bed, desk, chair, dresser, wardrobe or closet, and window blinds. Westchester Campus Summer Housing

Alumni Hall on the Pleasantville Campus provides summer session students a variety of room options. The residence hall is located 40 minutes north of New York City. Alumni Hall houses men and women in single, double, and, if offered, double as single occupancy rooms. Bedrooms come with standard twin beds, wardrobes, dressers, desks with chairs, and overhead lighting. Each suite comes with its own bathroom. The residence hall is equipped with complimentary cable TV hookup (televisions not provided), high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi. For more information about housing or to download a housing application, please visit the Westchester Campus Housing and Residential Life web site.  
 
Alumni Hall Summer Session 2016 Housing Rates:
Double Room: $2,060 per resident per summer session*
Single Room: $2,360 per resident per summer session*
Double as a Single (if available): $2,700 per resident per summer session*
