What to Bring for Overnight Accommodations

The overnight program is designed to give admitted students the opportunity to experience the residential community and activities of our campus. Beginning with dinner, participants will pair up with current students who will serve as their hosts for the evening. A slate of activities specifically organized by Pace students will be available throughout the evening. Students participating in the New York City Campus overnight program will have the opportunity to leave campus for guided neighborhood tours. Overnight accommodations are limited and offered on a first-come, first served basis.

Students participating in the overnight program will need to bring the following:
  • completed Permission Waiver (see below)
  • sleeping bag
  • pillow/pillowcase
  • toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, contact lens solution, body wash/soap)
  • towel/washcloth
  • shower shoes (flip flops)
  • extra set of clothes
  • pajamas
  • cell phone/charger
  • snacks
  • medication (W/ RX i.e. Tylenol, asthma medication, etc.)
  • extra money
  • book/magazine/mp3 player
All students staying on campus overnight must complete a waiver form (see below) with the appropriate signatures and submit it during check in. Students under the age of 18 must have parents or legal guardians sign the waiver. For students 18 years or older, they can sign the waiver themselves. Waivers will also be available to sign at the check-in.
