If you've been admitted to the Westchester campus for the Spring 2015 semester,please follow the steps below. For more detailed information please consult the New Student Orientation and Registration Guide you received in the mail.  If you've been admitted to the New York City campus, please click here for next steps.

Step 1: Placement Testing

English Placement Test:
If you are not receiving Pace credit for an English class from another institution, you will need to complete our Online English Placement Exam. For important information and testing date deadlines please click here.
 
Mathematics and Writing:
All first-year students are required to take placement tests in mathematics and writing, unless exempt. Your adviser will be able to provide you with more information about these placement tests (see Step 2). You can also find Study Guides for the mathematics exam at www.pace.edu/placementtesting.

Step 2: Advising

Schedule an Appointment:
Make an appointment to meet with your academic adviser. Your adviser will be able to answer any questions you may have and provide you with additional information about placement testing. Please meet with your adviser before Orientation so that you can select and register for courses.
 
Your adviser is determined by the college or school in which your major is housed.

Step 3: Orientation

Registration: 

 
Please note: There is a $40 Orientation fee that you will prompted to pay during the online registration. Family members are weclome to attend for a fee of $25 per guest.
 
Check-In for Orientation:
Check-In for Orientation will take place at the Setters Lounge in the Kessel Student Center.
 
International Students:
If you are an international student, in addition to orientation, you will be required to attend a Mandatory International Immigration Information Session (MIIIS), which will take place at the Butcher Suite in the Kessel Student Center from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. on orientation day. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of International Students and Scholars Office at intlwest@pace.edu.
