Alumni Welcome Letter
Welcome to the Pace University Alumni Family!
The Pace University Office of Alumni Relations welcomes you to our prestigious group of over 130,000 men and women (as of 2010) - the alumni of Pace University!
As Pace graduates, we encourage and expect your volunteer and financial support of the Pace Community. We provide opportunities to give back through participation in the classroom as mentors, speakers, or panelists, on alumni boards/committees, and attending programs/events. These opportunities promote networking on multiple levels - personal, business, educational and social. To be proactive with your future stay connected with us.
At Pace University, we make a special effort to reach out to our graduates wherever they are. To help us keep in touch with you, please update your contact information in MyPace portal before you graduate. Remember, your Pace assigned e-mail address will expire as soon as you graduate. Providing us with your personal e-mail address will keep the e-communication lines open. Visit MyPace Portal then select Student tab, Personal Information to update your personal e-mail and mailing address. Call the Alumni Relations office at 1-877-8ALUMNI after Commencement for your information on how to create your profile in the Pace Alumni Online Community.
Pace graduates around the world maintain their connection to the University through the Alumni office and we hope you will too. Each issue of our alumni online newsletter, eConnect, features alumni benefits, resources or continued learning and networking opportunities. One of these benefits is a free, password protected Online Community, which allows you to stay in touch with your classmates through e-mail, the alumni directory, and discussion groups. Share your accomplishments with us through Class Notes online or in the Pace Magazine.
For recent Pace graduates, like you, Recent Alumni Connections (RAC) groups plans social, educational and business activities for alumni who have graduated within the last 10 years. One way to stay connected and influence the future of Pace is through involvement with its current students. ASPIRE enables this to happen.
Pace Alumni Adventure Weekend (P.A.A.W.) and Alumni International travel reinforce Pace’s global presence by connecting alumni across the country and the world. Pace Alumni Network (PANet) regional receptions and networking opportunities, P.A.C.E. Series cultural events, Reunion, and University Fest all provide other opportunities for alumni connections. Additional alumni benefits include online library access and discounted membership to the Midtown Executive Club, which offers reciprocal privileges with other Club Quarters in the United States and abroad.
The Office of Career Services will continue to be a resource to you throughout your lifetime and will provide you with career counseling, job search assistance and professional development sessions. Attend career seminars that utilize industry experts and alumni speakers who give you real world advice.
Alumni contributions to Pace’s Annual Fund enable current Pace students to achieve their goal of education through critical scholarships and faculty support, as well as enhanced state of the art facilities. You can make it happen today at www.pace.edu/givetopace.
Congratulations and welcome! Please stop by one of the Office of Alumni Relations campus locations to pick up your Alumni Photo ID Card . Stay Connected - log on to the Pace Alumni Online Community or contact us.
