The Graduate Management Program for Women was established in the early 1970s for female students pursuing MBAs, a time when women represented only five percent of the student population in our MBA program. Nearly 150 women enrolled in the initiative and blazed a path for future generations of female students. A great number of these women went on to lead successful careers, helping reshape the composition of the business world. In 2006, a core group of the alumnae generously established an endowed scholarship at Pace for current female business students, paying forward the same opportunities they were given so many years ago. This cohort has experienced notable professional achievements, made it a priority to give back to the University, and stayed connected with one another. We are excited to pay tribute to their important place in Pace history and are deeply proud to call them alumnae. |
