
Dr. Kyeanna Bailey's Biography

HR Faculty Specialist Dr. Kyeanna Bailey joined Pace University from the City University of New York – Medgar Evers College, where she served as the Faculty Specialist in the office of Provost. Dr. Bailey earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with concentration in Higher Education from Mercer University, and M.A. and B.A. in Psychology from Argosy University and Temple University, respectively. In her previous position, Dr. Bailey managed policies and protocols related to faculty such as appointment, reappointment, tenure and promotion, professional development, workload and release time. Her research interest includes African-American women in higher education, mentoring relationships in higher education, and qualitative methodologies. Dr. Bailey began her career in higher education as a Program Coordinator of various undergraduate and graduate programs at Argosy University. In addition to her duties in teaching and academic administration, Dr. Bailey served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Mercer University as well as a Student Success Tutor at Georgia Gwinnett College. Dr. Bailey has given keynote and invited lectures on qualitative research methods, academic administration and research in academic administration. |
