Secret Shopper Survey

Pace community members can expect high quality food, safe and sanitary conditions, first-rate customer service, and innovative food concepts at reasonable prices. Chartwells is already making improvements on each campus based on feedback it received from student focus groups and surveys conducted since last spring. We also will continue with our food advisory committee, secret shopper program, dining focus groups, and customer surveys to be sure everyone's needs are met

Rate System: 1 – low, 5 – fair, and 10 - outstanding.
