Residence Halls

Living on campus can be an extraordinary learning experience and can help define a student's college experience. We offer a variety of housing options as well as different themed floors and programming to serve students' interests. Study and sleep in one of more than a dozen residence halls!

NYC Campus

Currently, there are five residence halls that offer New York City students a variety of housing options. For freshmen, Maria’s Tower will keep you right in the main tower of the NYC Campus. The brand new 23-floor building at 182 Broadway houses more than 600 upper-class NYC students (sophomore or higher) just a five-minute walk from campus. For graduate students, you can live, learn, and work in apartment-style buildings like Fulton Hall, just a few blocks from One Pace Plaza.

Plus, programming and theme floors allow students to explore and experience Pace and New York City with students who share similar interests.

Westchester Campus

With eight residence halls in Pleasantville and Briarcliff, Westchester Campus students have a variety of options and locations to choose from. The ivy-covered coed Dow Hall, which offers up a pool table and game room, gives students a prime Briarcliff location and sense of community. For graduate and upper-class undergraduate students, New Dorm provides the suite life.
