Living on campus can be an extraordinary learning experience and can help define a student's college experience. We offer a variety of housing options as well as different themed floors and programming to serve students' interests.
Currently, there are four residence halls that offer New York City students a variety of housing options. First-year students can live in Maria’s Tower, a traditional style residence hall, which is located in the main tower of the NYC Campus and 182 Broadway, a suite style building which is located just a short walk away from One Pace Plaza. Upper-level and graduate students are placed in 33 Beekman or 55 John Street which are both suite style buildings and a short walk from One Pace Plaza.
Plus, programming and theme floors allow students to explore and experience Pace and New York City with students who share similar interests.
With five residence halls in Pleasantville, Westchester Campus students have a variety of options to choose from. New residence halls like Elm Hall and Alumni Hall offer semi-suite style living with several lounges and first-year interest groups. For graduate students, North Hall is where it's at.
