The following programs are available to Pace alumni throughout their careers. All services are free.

| Career Counseling/Comprehensive Job Search | |
| Includes self-assessment, career counseling, planning and decision making resume development, networking, marketing campaign letters, interviewing and job search strategies. 3 appointments are allowed per academic year. Note: Candidates who have graduated within the last 12 months are allowed unlimited appointments for their first year out. | |
| Online Resume Referral | |
| Full-time positions from entry-level to experienced are posted on our web system. Candidates access the postings and indicate where they would like their resumes sent. Over 2800 job postings are processed each year. | |
| Alumni Career Advisors | |
| Pace graduates volunteer to assist students and alumni with their careers. Informational interviews allow for career advising and networking. Over 500 alumni participate in this program. If you are interested in networking with career advisors contact the Career Services office. | |
| Career Development Workshops and Seminars | |
| Frequent special programs such as advanced interviewing , career panels, and industry seminars. Click here for Calendar of Events. | |
| Networking Events | |
| Opportunities to generate professional contacts with fellow alumni and gain tips from professional speakers. | |
| Experienced Professionals Job Fair | |
| Twice a year executive recruiters and other organizations come to the New York City campus to review resumes, provide feedback, and job search assistance. | |
