Kathleen Roche Nominated to PAEA Governance Council

Kathleen Roche, RN, FNP, PA-C, MPA, Chair and Associate Clinical Professor in the Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital Department of Physician Assistant Studies, has been nominated to be part of the governance council for The Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA), the only national organization in the U.S. representing physician assistant education programs. Her term begins as of February 27 and will end on December 31, 2015.

The council’s charge is to ensure that PAEA’s governing processes and procedures are both appropriate and effective in meeting the needs of the Association and its members. The council oversees the governance structure of the Association, including membership, voting representation, policies and procedures, and bylaws and makes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of PAEA’s governance.
