DIPLOMAS

Diplomas will be distributed at the commencement ceremony to all May 2006 candidates who have completed all academic
not picked up by May 4, you forfeit your requirements and have no outstanding University “financial obligations”. Important: All academic requirements must be satisfied no later than close of business Wednesday, May 17, 2006, and all University “financial obligations” must be removed no later than close of business Monday, May 1, 2006.

For all other candidates, diploma distribution for May 2006 graduates will begin on Monday, June 12, 2006, and continue through Friday, June 30, 2006. Diplomas will be available on the candidates’ home campus during regular office hours at the Office of Student Assistance. Diplomas not picked up by Friday, June 30 will be mailed beginning Wednesday, July 5, 2006. For additional information, please refer to the “Notice to Candidates” letter.
