Meet the Instructor:
Ray Rokicki Jr., MBA/HRM, PHR has been involved in a several areas of HR in the telecom industry. Ray`s most recent role has been HR Generalist. Ray has worked in a variety of telecom companies, including Nextel, Sprint, and Flextronics as a Store and District Manager and has shifted his career to become HR focused. Ray is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration and his anticipating completing his degree in 2016.
