Fundamentals of Property Management

This course will discuss the various types of rental properties, investment cash flow models, landlord and tenant roles and responsibilities, and options for management.  The course is designed for everyone --- from participants who want to get started in investment real estate, to those looking to acquire knowledge regarding property, to seasoned professionals pursuing additional professional development.
