Lean HR Management Certificate

Class commences on December 11, 2014!

Lean Management ("Lean") is a popular concept that creates value with limited resources. Because Lean applies in every business and every process and is about people, culture, and leadership, HR recognizes its importance and has begun to apply the principals of Lean to HR practices, processes and procedures. Lean aligns how an organization thinks and works and includes such principles as communication, teamwork, efficient use of resources, and continuous improvement. In this exciting course, the concepts of Lean Management will be explored through practical examples – from introduction to implementation.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Pace University.  This class qualifies for 14 strategic management certification credit hours towards PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification.
