Lean Human Resources Management
Lean Management (“Lean”) is a popular concept that creates value with limited resources. Since Lean applies in every business and every process and Lean is about people, culture and leadership, HR has recognized its importance and began to apply the principles of Lean to HR practices, processes and procedures. Lean aligns how an organization thinks and works and includes such principles as communication, teamwork, efficient use of resources and continuous improvement. Institutionalizing lean principles requires a transformation in culture, practices, processes and management. In this exciting course, the concepts of Lean Management will be explored through practical examples---from introduction to implementation.
