Pace University's Property & Real Estate Management Certificate program can prepare you for a successful career as a property manager today!  You will learn the fundamental principles for both private investments and commercial property management initiatives.  There are no educational prerequisites or experience requirements to enroll.

Participants will receive a Pace University Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of each course.  Each course qualifies for 7.5 hours of continuing education towards your real estate salesperson or broker license (NYS Approved).

Meet the Instructor

Professor Paul C. Bierman, Esq. has been lawyer since 1983.  He has been engaged in the private practice of law and served as an Administrative Law Judge. He is currently employed by the New York State Office of Court Administration.

Professor Bierman has taught the property management, real estate and notary public courses at Pace University since 2003 and has published articles on contracts and real estate.  Mr. Bierman is currently working on a guide to New York Landlord Tenant Law.

Professor Bieman is a graduate of Stony Brook University and Brooklyn Law School.  He is a member of the New York and Florida Bars and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts and the United States Supreme Court.
