Advising Students about the Core
Academic Advising and the Core Curriculum
This session will bring timely and essential advising information from PAX (Partnership for Advising eXcellence) – a university-wide advising training, support and development initiative – to faculty. Advisors/Representatives of PAX will introduce faculty to the new Core Curriculum, explaining the changes and how it will affect all degree programs at Pace. Also, the PAX website will be displayed and navigated, in an effort to show how faculty members can use this comprehensive online faculty advising tool as a reference point to improve the advising experience for both faculty and students, alike.
