The June 2013 Academic Portfolio Workshop (APW) will be held on the White Plains - Graduate Center campus from June 17-20, 2013 at 10:00 AM. This workshop allows faculty to work on one of their three sections for their eDossier; teaching, research, or service.

For faculty who have never attended or completed a teaching portfolio workshop we recommend you work on the teaching section of your portfolio before your research or service sections. For faculty who have completed a teaching portfolio, you may decide which sections you would like to complete – research or service, not both.

This 4-day workshop is intensive. A first draft of your portfolio, emailed to your assigned mentor, is due to your assigned mentor no later than June 3rd, 2013, before the start date, June 17th, 2013, of the APW. There will also be a synchronous meeting of the all the registrants and the mentors. The purpose of this meeting is to review all dates, the process and what is due to the mentors. This meeting will be held during the 2013 Faculty Institute (TBD) on the New York City campus. If you cannot make that meeting in person we will be conducting a web conference. To be of the most benefit, please consider registering only if you are willing and able to make the commitment required.

The first day, June 17th at 10:00 AM, Julio Rodriguez will show you how to set up your ePortfolio to enable you to upload the portfolio you are working. Dossiers for tenure and/or promotion are now electronic (no longer paper) and the format Pace is currently using.

Full-time faculty are welcome to the Academic Portfolio Workshops. If you have any questions about this workshop, e-mail aberg@pace.edu.  Reservations take place on a first-come, first-served basis.

PLEASE NOTE: We cap the enrollment to 10 faculty. Your attendance at the pre-meeting will reconfirm your participation in the APW. While we understand when sudden emergencies occur precluding attendance, reconfirming your attendance will allow us to admit faculty on the waiting list with enough time to submit a first draft.

**PLEASE NOTE: The registration limit has been met.  You will be placed on the waiting list and notified if a space becomes available.**
