Ensures the continuity of university services to Pace’s evening faculty and students by providing information, administrative resources, and opportunities to facilitate the process of improved teaching and learning. The Evening Support Office recognizes the importance of evening faculty  and provides consistent and dedicated support and training. The Evening Support Office provides a number of services:

Proctoring for Make-up Exams
In an effort to address the needs of our online students and faculty, the Evening Support Office provides proctoring services for emergency make-up exams on the Pleasantville campus. This service is designed to help the occasional student who, for whatever reason faculty considers reasonable, cannot take an exam at the regularly scheduled class exam time. Information Desk
A distribution center for course catalogs, University catalogs, and important University forms; Assist students and faculty members with baseline questions regarding academic calendar, schedule of classes, campus events, transportation information and University policies; Provide information during inclement weather and emergencies; Assist academic departments by relaying messages to faculty and by posting authorized class cancellations when advised to do so by Security or the academic department; Provide information on events and seminars for faculty development and opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

Adjunct Corner
The Adjunct Corner page provides faculty with updates of various Pace projects and faculty development events. Furthermore, it provides essential information for new-comers such as payroll concerns, email and portal issues and a calendar of payroll dates. Visit, www.pace.edu/ctlt/adjunct-corner

Software Integration Services for Faculty
The Evening Administrator assists with the integration of technology into the curriculum, e.g. tutorial on basic Microsoft PowerPoint and Blackboard.

Faculty Lounge
Provides support for Security and Building & Grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable learning and working environment, which includes the faculty lounge area in the Evening Support Office.  Faculty lounge amenities include faculty-designated computer equipment which are: 2 PCs with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), a printer, fax machine, telephone, copy machine, and mailboxes.  The lounge also has copies of The Chronicle of Higher Education and local area phone books.
