Chartwells Letter to Students

Dear Pace University Students:

We would like to announce that Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services will be managing foodservice operations for the Pace University Dining Service Programs in Manhattan, White Plains, Pleasantville and Briarcliff Manor.

Our focus will be on providing the highest quality, nutritious food and dining options customized for each campus location coupled with great guest services.

In addition, Chartwells will pursue the goal of achieving a letter grade A on the New York City Department of Health Inspection to gain your trust in dining service operations.

Through our partnership with the University, we will be engaging the student community through a variety of formats including focus groups, student voice surveys and student government meetings.

Anticipated transition schedule:

• Pace University – Manhattan campus: April 11, 2011
• Pace University Law School - White Plains, NY campus: April 18, 2011
• Pace University - Pleasantville, NY campus: April 18, 2011
• Pace University - Briarcliff Manor, NY campus: April 20, 2011
