Come Along for the Ride

This week we kicked off the semester. It was bitter sweet, as I realized that it is the last semester of my senior year. It’s an exciting time as I begin to look forward towards my future and starting my career. I feel like Pace has really prepared me to tackle the challenges that lie ahead, and in the spirit of Pace am ready take advantage of any opportunity that comes my way.
Although it is rewarding to know that all the hard work I have done over the past four years is paying off, it makes me realize how much I will miss being a student at Pace. I begin to think of all the experiences that Pace provided for me both within my studies and on a personal level. I have been able to take advantage of many of the university’s greatest opportunities.
Although graduation is right around the corner, I have a lot left to do before I graduate. I will be working closely with the Co-op and Career Services department with my job search throughout the semester. During this semester I will be participating in an exciting Independent Study on “Advanced Cinematography: The Steadicam and Camera Jib.” Also, I am looking forward to all the special events that happen during senior year, including Senior Week. As I prepare for the real world and soak in every moment left in my undergraduate career at Pace, I invite you to come along for the ride.
