The Sophomore Scoop is Under Way

The Sophomore Scoop Series is under way and in full effect!

Are you having trouble understanding your professor? Have you been sitting in class for the past three weeks frustrated because you cannot grasp the concept of molecular bonding, derivatives, world history, or any subject for that matter? Well stress no more! Pace University’s Tutorial and Writing services have your back! On September 30, the Sophomore Scoop Series will be hosting an event dedicated to increasing awareness about on campus resources, specifically both the writing and tutoring centers. The event will begin at 11:00 a.m., and it will conclude at 2:00 p.m. Representatives from the Lambda Sigma National Honor Society for sophomores will be running a table in the Well of the Kessel Student Center. Representatives from both the writing and tutoring centers will be there as well. Essentially, our objective is to encourage all of our students here at Pace University to ask for a helping hand; it is never wrong to ask for some help! If the tutoring center does not have a tutor for your specific course, they will do their best to accommodate your needs. As for the writing center, all you need is an idea, and they will guide you through the process of writing a good quality paper. So come visit our friendly tutors and make your journey to academic success just that much easier!
