Welcome to Pace University's Information Technology Services (ITS)!
Our goal is to meet the technological needs of students, faculty, and staff by offering a variety of services and assistance to make your experience at Pace enjoyable.
This page is designed to introduce you to different services and resources to help you prepare for your course study at Pace University.
Our services include:
Prompt assistance with any technical question, issue, or concern via the ITS Help Desk
Troubleshooting and computer repair for students at our Walk-in Centers
Access to computers, printing, copying, and scanning at our Computer Resource Centers
$30 credit allotment each semester towards printing, copying, and scanning
Campus-wide secure wireless network access
Computer classrooms with built-in instructional technologies
Additional copying and printing services available at our Copy Centers
Access to a variety of software packages at no charge, or at a discount
ITS Help Desk ITS representatives are available by phone, email, and live chat to assist you with any technology related questions or concerns. ITS provides remote, onsite and walk-in service for hardware and software issues for Pace owned equipment or student owned PCs. You can contact the ITS Help Desk through the following mediums:

Note: The Walk-in Center is located inside the Computer Resource Center on either the New York or Pleasantville campus.
PaceYourself
This Facebook application gives you the chance to connect and share ideas with other first-year students. Meet other incoming students from your hometown, find out who'll be living in your residence hall, identify others who are considering the same major, and have a network of friends before you even step foot on campus. IT Discounts
ITS offers Higher Education discount programs for Dell and Apple computers. In addition, many popular software programs are available at educational discounts.
