Mission & Vision
The Office of Multicultural Affairs & Diversity Programs (MADP) has a primary mission to foster an educational environment where each student is supported, affirmed, and respected as an individual regardless of personal or perceived identity or classification. Through advocacy, counseling, and cultural education programs, the MADP also supports historically underrepresented students and organizations that address the needs of diverse Pace student population.
The Office of Multicultural Affairs & Diversity Programs endeavors to enhance the intellectual atmosphere of the University by educating students in ways to identify and challenge phobias, bigotry, and discrimination. Departmental programming promotes a learning community of varied ideas and experiences that reinforce the pluralism of the University community.
