BA in Psychology

Through this program, you will acquire a solid knowledge base through courses in experimental psychology, statistics, physiological psychology, learning theory, social psychology, and the history of psychology. If you are interested in earning a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, planning and preparation for graduate school should begin in your sophomore year.

If you enroll in a combined degree program, you can earn both your undergraduate and master’s degrees in five years, usually saving one year of full-time study.

BA in Psychology/MS in Counseling
Based on the Pleasantville campus, this program gives you a solid scientific background in the study of human relationships in the areas of general counseling, substance abuse counseling and grief counseling.

BA in Psychology/MS in Mental Health Counseling
Based on the Pleasantville campus, this program provides solid scientific background in the study of human nature as well as its application to human relationships in the areas of general counseling, substance abuse and grief.  The program fulfills the prerequisites for certification as a licensed mental health professional in the state of New York in the areas of general psychology, substance abuse and grief counseling.

BA in Psychology/MA in Psychology
Based on the New York City campus, this program allows students majoring in Psychology a clear path in obtaining a master’s degree with a strong practical foundation in the field of Psychology in a wide variety of topics.
