Minor in Peace and Justice Studies
A minor in Peace and Justice Studies provides students training that will serve them in a variety of careers and programs of advanced study. Career fields include policy research, legislative lobbying, public education, canvassing/petitioning, community service and more.
Students who graduate with an interest in Peace and Justice Studies often go on to professional and graduate programs. A growing number of universities offer graduate education in peace and conflict studies. Most of these programs are affiliated with departments or schools of sociology, political science, psychology, law, or theology.
