Emily Brodeur is a Managing Director and Head of Internal Communications for the Chief Operating Office and the Chief Administrative Office at JPMorgan Chase. Her areas of responsibility include business and executive communications, employee engagement, culture, content development and channel management.

The Chief Operating Office and Chief Administrative Office include several global functions that support JPMorgan Chase’s businesses in more than 60 countries. These include technology, operations, oversight and control, compliance, regulatory affairs, real estate, security and business resiliency, as well as the Chief Investment Office and Corporate Treasury.

Prior to this role, Brodeur served as co-Head of Internal Communications for Consumer & Community Banking and as Chief Communications Officer for Chase’s Mortgage Banking business. Before that, Brodeur was Global Head of Internal Communications for J.P. Morgan's Investment Bank, a role she held from 2006 until 2011. Earlier in her career at the company, Brodeur managed internal communications for the firm’s Worldwide Securities Services business and for several functional groups, including Global Finance and Technology and Operations.

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase in 1999, Brodeur was the Director of National Internal Communications for the YWCA of the U.S.A.  She also served as Director of Communications and Community Outreach for Pace University.

Brodeur graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Communications and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management. She is an Assistant Professor of Communications at Pace University and a member of the Dyson College of Arts and Sciences Board of Advisors for. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Association for Children with Down Syndrome.

She lives in New York with her two daughters.
