Chase

Emily is a Managing Director and the Chief Communications Officer for Mortgage Banking at Chase. She serves on the Executive Committee for Chase’s consumer businesses.

Chase is one of the largest U.S. providers of banking, lending, treasury, wealth management and investment services. Chase serves 50 million customers, including consumers, small businesses, mid-size companies, corporations, financial institutions, nonprofits and governments. The Mortgage Banking business originates more than $155 billion in home loans annually and is the third largest servicer, with $1.1 trillion of mortgages.

Emily’s responsibilities include business and executive communications, employee engagement, content development and channel management.

Prior to this role, Emily was head of Global Business and Executive Communications for J.P. Morgan's Investment Bank, a role she held for six years. Earlier in her career at the firm, she held several other communications leadership roles, including within Retail Financial Services, Worldwide Securities Services, Global Finance and Technology, Operations and Six Sigma.

Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Emily was the Director of National Internal Communications for the YWCA of the U.S.A. and the Director of Communications and Community Outreach at Pace University.

Emily is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, an Assistant Professor of Communications at Pace University and a volunteer for the Association for Children with Down Syndrome.

Emily graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration.
