Carl Falcone

 

 

 

Carl Falcone 
After graduation from law school Professor Falcone spent three years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County D.A.'s Office and the following twenty-one years as an Assistant D. A. in Westchester County, including fourteen years as Chief of the Rackets and Special Investigations Bureau. In private practice he has acted as defense counsel in State and Federal Court, has conducted corporate investigations for major security firms and has been legal adviser to a Supreme Court Justice in criminal matters. Professor Falcone has been an Adjunct Professor at Pace University since 1990 and full time since 1999.
