Dr. Aaron Steiner Awarded NIH Grant
Description: Assistant Professor of Biology Aaron Steiner has been awarded a Grant from the National Institutes of Health for his proposed study to develop new hearing loss therapies by studying hair cells of non-mammalian vertebrates including zebra fish. His proposal includes a strong undergraduate training component, and the funded project will advance research toward regnerative hearing loss treatments and provide opportunities for Dyson students to be involved in the research process.
