Application Requirements

To be considered for the Liberty Partnerships Program, each applicant must demonstrate that they are a student facing academic challenges and submit the following documents: 

• Pace LPP Application
• Copy of Transcript  and/or most recent report card
• Copy of Program Card
• Copy of ID Card
