Erica Johnson teaches courses on postcolonial and world literature. Her current research focuses on Caribbean literature, affect theory, and cultural memory studies. She is the author of Caribbean Ghostwriting and Home, Maison, Casa and the co-editor with Patricia Moran of Jean Rhys: Twenty-First-Century Approaches and The Female Face of Shame. Her most recent book is Memory as Colonial Capital, which she co-edited with Éloïse Brezault.
