Biography


Dr. Knepper spent 20 years in the nonprofit and public sectors before returning to school for her PhD. She holds a doctorate in Public Affairs from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Knepper is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Administration at Pace University in Westchester.
