    Desc: During the Spring of 2012 , 2013 , 2014 and 2015, I served on a committee that sought new full-time faculty. I also served as the Affirmative Action Officer for each of those three committees. Although the 2012 , 2013 and 2015 searches proved not to be fruitful, we did hire our new Chairperson, Dr. Shing So, as a result of the Spring 2014 search.
    Committee's Key Accomplishments: During the Spring 2014 search, we hired our current Chairperson, Dr. Shing So.
