"My mission is to help people with their struggles and let them know they aren't alone in what they are going through."
– Sarah Davis, Class of 2018

I decided to come to Pace after learning about the undergraduate program in Psychology on the New York City campus of Dyson College, and I can’t imagine being anywhere else. The department has been very welcoming, and I have had the honor of forming bonds with many faculty. As part of the Undergraduate Student-Faculty Research Program sponsored by the Office of the Provost, I’ve worked with professor of psychology Leora Trub and other members of our research lab on studying technology in the frame of therapy. It has been a great experience, and the first time I have been involved in research. Upon graduation, I would like to be a mental health counselor, and specifically work with the early adolescent and female demographic that has experienced trauma, and as a consequence, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety. My mission is to help people with their struggles and let them know they aren't alone in what they are going through.
