** We are offering Level Two of Clear and Accurate Speech, Business and Professional Writing, and Business Communication Skills. If you have completed Level One of one or more of these courses, we encourage you to continue working on these skills in Level Two of the course**
For all classes: Trainees are encouraged to bring in job-, industry specific-, or career-related materials to customize participation in course work.
Clear and Accurate Speech I & II
Improve the clarity and accuracy of speech in professional situations by targeting the sounds, rhythm, and accurate pronunciation of standard American English. Includes intonation and stress patterns, articulation of individual vowels and consonants, and communication strategies.
Monday 6:00-9:00 p.m. $500
Business and Professional Writing
Master the essential skills for writing in business and technical situations. Instruction focuses on effective organization, improved editing techniques, and appropriate tones and formats for business communication. Includes e-mail, business letters, memos, and short reports.
Tuesday 6:00-9:00 p.m. $500
Integrated Professional English Skills
Gain an overall balanced improvement in oral and written communication skills necessary for effective participation in various professional situations. Get immediate feedback on your presentations and other business communications through in-class video recording. Includes presentations, meeting skills, telephone skills, pronunciation and listening practice, and various forms of business writing.

Business Communication Skills
Develop fluency, sophistication, and diplomacy in professional communication situations through class discussions, simulations of meetings and negotiations, and in-class presentations. Get immediate feedback on your presentations and other business communications through in-class video recording. Includes effective telephone use, professional socializing, networking, and interviewing skills.
Wednesday 6:00-9:00 p.m. $500
Effective Presentation Skills
Strengthen your fluency skills and learn how to make effective presentations that inform, persuade and influence a variety of audiences, including peers, senior management, customers and clients. Gain confidence and build communication strategies for delivering presentations that make an impact
Monday 6:00-9:00 p.m. $500
English for the Legal Profession
A unique course designed specifically for professionals in the legal or judicial industry. Enhance your proficiency in legal vocabulary and concepts with emphasis placed on cases dealing with U.S. common law and classic legal cases. Practice speaking and writing legal English, including outlining, summarizing, paraphrasing, synthesizing, and preparing presentations and legal briefs. Special focus will be on legal language and terminology inherent in the law

Courses are offered at the Pace Downtown Manhattan, Midtown Manhattan or White Plains campuses. Training can also be delivered on-site.
