Westchester Campus Curriculum, Schedule, and Fees

Classes are offered at the Pace University in Pleasantville, NY.  F-1 students must enroll in 18 hours per week.  Students choose from the courses listed below and from other available courses:

• Academic Skills:(6 hours per week)

Students learn the critical thinking, research, and writing skills needed in an American graduate school. Students work on projects taken from American business as well as other disciplines.

• Communication Skills:(6 hours per week)

Learn how to give an effective oral presentation using multimedia. Your presentations will be videotaped and analyzed. Practice speaking with correct pronunciation and grammatical accuracy. Improve your ability to participate in academic discussions.

• TOEFL Preparation:(6 hours per week)

Learn the formats of the new iBT (Internet-based test). Practice test-taking strategies, time management and guessing techniques using past exams and practice exams. Review English grammar and vocabulary.

• GMAT Preparation :(6 hours per week)

Learn the formats of the new iBT (Internet-based test). Practice test-taking strategies, time management and guessing techniques using past exams and practice exams. Review English grammar and vocabulary and math problems.
