Housing Information

Location: Pleasantville/Briarcliff

Pleasantville/Briarcliff is a beautiful, traditional college campus about 50 km north of New York City in suburban Westchester County (45 minutes by train or car from midtown Manhattan). Facilities include a gymnasium, tennis courts, horseback riding, and a heated pool.  It is located in mid-Westchester County set on 200 acres of rolling countryside where the University flourishes as a preeminent institution of higher education offering a broad range of undergraduate degree programs, and graduate programs in nursing.

In 1977, Pace acquired Briarcliff College, a short distance from Pleasantville in Briarcliff Manor. Residence halls, recreational facilities and administrative offices are located here. Just a few miles apart, Pace administers these locations together, and provides shuttle bus service between the campuses.  Few of us would deny the significance of home. Our homes can bring a sense of peace and safety in a difficult world. Pace University wants your stay in a Pleasantville or Briarcliff residence hall to feel like home. Rooms in the suburban living plan include, for each student, a twin-sized bed, desk, chair, closet or wardrobe, dresser, blinds or shades, and cable TV access, digital phone (with voice mail and call waiting), and computer connectivity. You should also check "What to Bring" on Pace's Housing Website to learn what is needed during your stay in a Pace dormitory.
