Residence Halls: Westchester Campus

The Pleasantville/Briarcliff campus offers residential halls on campus. Check the rates (semester).

The rate differs depending on a residential hall you are placed.

Students must commit to a full semester or more to be considered for Fall semester housing.
Please note that a priority is placed for a student who will stay for the entire academic year, and that students may need to take a single room at a higher fee if no double rooms are available.  Older students (above college age) are required to stay in a single room at a higher fee.

If you want housing, please read the following instructions:To reserve a room for Fall, Winter or Spring semester,


  • Submit a housing application to ELI Office along with the ELI application with a non-refundable $500 deposit.   $100 out of $500 deposit is the security deposit, while $400 out of $500 deposit is the housing seposit.  For students paying from a financial institution OUTSIDE the US:

    **please note that payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) through peerTransfer must be done using a non-US bank account issued creditcard.  The bank account cannot be based in the United States.  Watch an instructional video online here.  There is the convenience fee charged to the credit card payment.  You can avoid the convenience fee by using your overseas bank account.

    •  Payment using an US bank - Make money orders & checks payable to “Pace University

Important considerations for Fall semester housing: To guarantee a room for Fall semester, you will need to apply by May 1, and you will need to apply at least for a full semester of 15 weeks.


Location: Law School Campus, White Plains

Dorm rooms are available in the Dannat Hall on the Law School Campus in White Plains for students 21 years old and older.

  • Small Single Room (approx. 16ft-by-8ft) $4691 for 14 weeks and mandatory $475 Meal Plan (rates are subject to change without notice.)
  • Large Single Room (approx. 16ft-by-12ft) $5772 for 14 weeks and mandatory $475 Meal Plan (rates are subject to change without notice.)
