Construction & Project Management


Pace’s Project Management Team oversee all Capital Projects for the New York City and Westchester Campuses. They are responsible for managing contractors, and vendors, assist staff and faculty with project decision making and prepare all requests for capital funded project bids. The Project Team prepares all cost estimates for prospective capital, and department funded renovation projects. Their ultimate goal is to ensure that the project outcome is aesthetically and functionally compliant with Pace’s Standards in order to provide a safe, and productive learning and work environment for students, faculty and staff.
