Honors Ice Cream Ice Breaker

          On Tuesday, September 27, 147 Honors students entered Butcher Suite waiting to indulge in an array of their favorite ice cream flavors.  They were greeted by mountains of ice cream, sprinkles, chocolate syrup, and anything else one’s stomach could possibly desire. The event definitely came with all the toppings.  Those that participated took advantage of an all you can eat ice cream buffet, while listening to various honors societies speak about their prestigious organizations.  While the Honors students were being informed about the opportunities that these societies can provide for them, the Honors College Staff had another concern: getting more ice cream!!  Advisor Christopher Walther and Editor of Scholastica, Maria Tomassi, were left darting to the cafeteria to get backup supplies of ice cream.  The event was very successful in both satisfying all the Honors Students’ appetites and informing them about Pace’s honors societies.
