Our two big events for the spring 2006 semester were presentations from the United Nations Millennium Project and Solar Cookers International. Through a hunger banquet, a representative from the United Nations spoke about the UN’s Millennium goals and the need for ending world hunger. Pace students, faculty, and staff were separated for the presentation based on low/middle/high income, and dinned on food based on this income. We were able to raise $715 for the
