Housing Points

-Co- Curricular Housing Points Verification Sheet - This point sheet is turned into the Office of Student Development and Campus Activities by March 22nd at 2:00 pm.  This for verifies your involvement in recognized clubs and organizations on campus.

-Community Service Point Sheet – This point sheet is turned into Matt Lavery in the Office of Residence Life.  This form needs to be turned in by March 22nd at 5:00pm.  This sheet allows current residents to receive a point for their service

-Fall 2013 Housing Point Dispute Form – This form is used to challenge housing points after they have been posted on April 1st.  Students wishing to challenge must fill out the entire form and submit it to the correct person.  The last time to turn in a Housing dispute form is Thursday, April 4th at 2:00 pm.  Community Involvement points can only be challenged if you turned in a Co- Curricular form to SDCA on the 22nd.

Townhouse and New Dorm Application

Townhouse / New Dorm Application – This is the application for the Townhouses and New Dorm.  Everyone on the application must submit a housing deposit and the group average must be at least 15 points.  If an alternates needs to be pulled in, your group average with the alternate must remain at least 15 points.  This needs to be turned in by Friday, April 5th at 5:00 pm.

Proxy Form

Fall 2013 Proxy Form – This form is used for the Single and Double as a Single selection night if you are physically not able to attend.  The person who is holding this form will select your room and you will not be able to change after the selection.
