RA Interview Weekend
Saturday, February 23, 2013: Group Process Interview. Candidates will participate in multiple problem-solving and group dynamic exercises. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to demonstrate your skills and abilities.
Sunday, February 24, 2013: Individual Interview. Candidates will have a formal interview with Residential Life's Professional Staff and current RAs. Please allot 30-40 minutes for the interview. Business casual attire is required.
Important: RA Interview Weekend is a REQUIRED part of the application process; candidates must attend both individual and group interviews in order to be considered for a Resident Advisor position.
