NYC Room and Board Rates
This Pace summarizes the housing and dining costs associated with living in residence on the NYC campus.
Board Plan Rates for 2013-2014 Per Semester (subject to change)
- All Pace University students (residents and non-residents alike) are required to purchase a base meal plan at a cost of $125 per semester.

Resident students in NYC are required to have the following supplemental meal plans, as indicated:
- First-year students (students with fewer than 33 earned credit hours) in Maria's Tower or 55 John Street are required to purchase the "Bronze" supplemental meal plan at an additional cost of $1,475 per semester. This provides the student with a total meal plan allowance of $1600.
- Upper-class students (students with more than 32 earned credit hours) in 180 required to purchase the "Yellow" supplemental meal plan at a cost of $625 per semester. This provides the student with a total meal plan allowance of $750.
- Upper-class students (students with more than 32 earned credit hours) in all NYC residences are required to purchase the "Green" supplemental meal plan at a cost of $275 per semester. This provides the student with a total meal plan allowance of $400.
- Student can increase their supplemental dining plan on request. More information on meal plans and Flex Dollars can be found on the Chartwells Dining Services page.

- Double (first year students only) - $6300per semester
- Temporary Triple (first year students only) - $5500 per (this is the rate for this room AFTER $800 discount off the double room rate; students only receive the discount if they actually move in to a temporary triple room; students who have not been offered de-tripling by October 31 will receive another $800 discount; all students will be offered de-tripling by the start of the spring semester)
John Street Residence

- ...in Maria's Tower or 55 John Street are required to purchase the "Bronze" supplemental meal plan at an additional cost of $1,425 per semester. This provides the student with a total meal plan allowance of $1550 (of which $100 is available as Flex Dollars).
- ...in St. George are required to purchase the "Blue" supplemental meal plan at an additional cost of $925 per semester. This provides the student with a total meal plan allowance of $1050 (of which $100 is available as Flex Dollars).
- Second year students (students with more than 32 but fewer than 65 earned credit hours) in all NYC residences are required to purchase the "Yellow" supplemental meal plan at an additional cost of $475 per semester. This provides the student with a total meal plan allowance of $600 (of which $100 is available as Flex Dollars).
- Upper-class students (students with more than 64 earned credit hours) in all NYC residences are required to purchase the "Green" supplemental meal plan at a cost of $250 per semester. This provides the student with a total meal plan allowance of $375 (of which $25 is available as Flex Dollars).
