September 2nd: Check- in day for First Year Students from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
September 3rd: Check - in day for Returning students from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
September 4th: Convocation
September 7th: First Day of Classes
November 9th: Reconfirmation for Spring 2012 Due
November 21st - November 25th: Thanksgiving Break - Residence Halls stay open
December 12th: Last Day of Classes
December 13th: Undergraduate Study Day
December 14th - December 21st: Undergraduate Finals
December 21st: Residence Halls Close at 12pm (noon)
December 21st - January 20th: Residence Halls closed

January 20th: Residence Halls Re-Open at 12pm (noon)
January 23rd: First Day of Classes
February 1st: Resident Assistant Applications Due by 5pm
February 15th - February 17th: Resident Assistant Application Process Weekend
March 22nd Point Verification sheets due
March 24th - March 31st Spring Break - Residence Halls Stay open
April 1st Housing Points are posted
April 5th Housing Deposit Due for Fall 2013 to OSA by 5 pm
April 5th Townhouse and New Dorm Applications Due by 5 pm
May 1st: Last Day of Classes
May 2nd - May 3rd: Undergraduate Study Days
May 4th - May 10th: Undergraduate Finals
May 10th: Residence Halls Close at 6:00 pm
May 17th: Pleasantville Undergraduate Commencement

The Office of Residential Life would like to remind all students living on campus, that all Residence Halls will close on Friday, May 10th. All students will need to make checkout arrangements.  Please see your RA or RD for more information about check out procedures or permission if you will not be able to check out by Friday, May 10th at 6:00 pm.  Only if you are granted permission by the RD should you check out after the halls close on Friday at which time, you will still need to follow the correct check out procedure.

After careful reconsideration, we have decided to forego the 75 mile distance requirement for Spring 2013 Graduating Seniors.  Any graduating senior who is on the list provided by the Graduation Office may remain in their current year assignment until 5:00 pm on Friday, May 17th.  All Graduating Seniors must confirm with their RD that they are staying on campus until May 17th, by April 26th.
