Room Selection Dates for Current Students
Part of the process is determining what type of housing you would like to live in for the Fall 2013 semester. As you talk with your roommate, or group of friends to determine where you would like to live for the Fall, you will need to select the date that corresponds to the date when you should apply.
OSA will start collecting them on March 3rd thru March 28th.
Townhouse / New Dorm Selection Date
Date of Application: The Office of Residential Life will start accepting
Townhouse / New Dorm applications on March 24th. The last day to turn
in an application is March 28th at 5:00 pm. The application must be
handed to a member of the office staff. Placements are made by group housing
ponit average and not in order that applications are turned in.
Application Method: Print this application and complete.
Eligible to be a Townhouse or New Dorm application: Any returner who has turned in a
Housing Deposit and listed on an application.
Date Assignments are posted: April 1st @ 3:00 pm for Townhouses & April 2nd @ 3:00 pm for New Dorm
Contract Signing Date: April 4th from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Singles and Doubles as Single Selection Night
Date of Selection Night: April 2nd @ 9:00 pm
Application Method: In person in Kessel.
Eligible to take part in the selection Night: Residents who have at least 15 Housing Points
and have not been assigned to a Townhouse or New Dorm.
Contract Signing Date: April 2nd
Non - Priority Housing Selection
Date of Selection Night: Tuesday, April 8th thru Thursday, April 10th
Application Method: Online using the MyHousing site
Eligible to take part in the Selection Night: Any current resident who has turned in a
Housing Deposit and has a roommate(s) confirmed online.
Date of Assignment: Tuesday, April 8th thru Thursday, April 10th
Contract Signing Date: Before you leave for the summer
Last Chance Selection
Date of Selection process: April 25th
Application Method: You will receive an e-mail with a time to come in person
Eligible to take part in the selection: Any current student who turned in a
Housing Deposit put did not select a room for the Fall. Failure to
participate in this selection will result in your housing deposit being
returned to you and you will not be placed for the Fall 2014 semester.
Students who have their deposit returned to them will be placed on a
waitlist if they reapply for housing during the summer.
Date of Assignment: April 25th.
Contract signing Date: Before leaving for the summer.
