Dow Hall: Vincent "Vinnie" Birkenmeyer | E-mail
Vinnie Birkenmeyer is a proud alumni of Pace University, excited to be working in the field he loves at the university he has called home since 2007. Vinnie graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors of Arts as a Trustee's Award winner and accomplished student leader in academics, Greek life, Athletics and student government. He became a residence director in 2011 while working on his masters degree in public administration which he completed in 2013. Vinnie is currently the assistant director for community development, working closely with our first- year interest groups, programming and upperclassmen initiatives. Vinnie's professional interests include working with transfer students, advising student groups, and leadership development.

Martin Hall: Samantha Bassford | E-mail
Samantha Bassford has been a member of our Residential Life team for 3 years as the RD of Hillside House and Howard Johnson Hall, North Hall, and now Martin Hall. She has worked with 5 out of the 7 FIGs and has worked with FIGs since her first year as a Residence Director. Sam has a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from the New York City campus as well as her Masters in Media and Communications Art from the Westchester Campus. Sam has worked with some of our most successful freshmen interest groups and initiatives over the last 3 years and is looking forward to working with more upperclassman this year. Working with multiple student organizations on campus really brings Sam joy as a Pace Alum!
North Hall: Tiffany Bermudez | E-mail
Hey there! My name is Tiffany Bermudez and I am the Residence Director of North Hall. I am originally from the Bronx, New york and have lived in Florida and upstate New York since. I attended Dominican College in Rockland County for undergrad where I received my Bachelors in Social Science Psychology and minored in Criminal Justice. Along with being a full time professional, I am also pursuing my masters degree here at Pace. I am in my second year of the Mental Health Counseling program and absolutely love it. Working with students and being able to help in any way possible is one of my many passions. My office is located right next to the RA office in North Hall so feel free to stop by, say hi and tell me how your day is going! I'm excited for another wonderful year here at Pace!!!
Townhouse: Joyce Arias | E-mail
Joyce earned a BA in New Media from Purchase College. While at Purchase, she gained more than five years of progressive experience in Residence Life. More specifically, she served students as a Resident Assistant, Senior Community Assistant, Office of Residence Life Intern, and as a Residence Coordinator. Joyce graduated with her MA in Higher Education Administration at Stony Brook University in the Spring 2015.
