CIGNA Vision Plan

If you are enrolled in a CIGNA medical plan, there is no need to enroll in the Vision Plan; you (and your dependents, if applicable) are automatically covered. The Vision Plan premium is included in your medical premium.

If you have not elected to enroll in a CIGNA medical plan, you are eligible to enroll in the CIGNA Vision Plan for a separate, semi-monthly premium.

The CIGNA Vision Plan offers both in- and out-of-network coverage. Please visit http://www.cigna.com (or http://www.mycigna.com, for those already enrolled) to search for an in-network provider in your area. You may also contact CIGNA Vision directly, at 1-877-478-7557.
